TERM AND CONDITION
- We sale ex- works including packing . We are using Single Face Carton, cornerprotection, and Styrofoam to cover the legs and Polster.
- If we have to fill up any free space in the Container with Furnitures arenot in the Invoice, they have to be paid before we send the Final Invoice and the Container Document Bill of Loading (B / L).
- We recomment to use Humidity absorbing system in the Container and may be it will be better to have an insurance for transport which is about 1 - 2 % of the Invoice Amount.
- Delivery Time 45 days after Purchase Order confirmed.
:: Term of Contract ::
- We accept Order's for Container quantity's minimum 20 feet Container Containing Mixed Items is Allowed.- We sale ex- works including packing . We are using Single Face Carton, cornerprotection, and Styrofoam to cover the legs and Polster.
:: The Terms of Payment ::
- New Customer have to pay 50 % Down Payment ( Dp ) of the Order Amount. When the goods are ready we have to receive the rest payment before we stuffing the container. - We accept payment by LC (Letter of Credit) or TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank.- If we have to fill up any free space in the Container with Furnitures arenot in the Invoice, they have to be paid before we send the Final Invoice and the Container Document Bill of Loading (B / L).
::Cancellation ::
- Once an order has been placed into the production, it is non-cancelable without written approval from Gelar Sinar Alam.::Production Time ::
- Normal time to finish an Order is 4 - 6 week. For Customer design orders maybe Longer.- We recomment to use Humidity absorbing system in the Container and may be it will be better to have an insurance for transport which is about 1 - 2 % of the Invoice Amount.
